ORCHARD PARK, NY--The anonymous source who reported that Jim Fassel was the top candidate for the Buffalo Bills head coaching job was, in fact, Jim Fassel, according to Fox’s Jay Glazer. Glazer first heard of the rumor from an “anonymous source” whose voice sounded very familiar. “I knew there was something wrong with it,” Glazer said. “His voice sounded eerily familiar and the stuff he was saying was, frankly, a little out there. ‘They love Jim Fassel’s pedigree and knowledge of the game,’ ‘Jim Fassel is one of the most underrated coaches in the league.’ ‘Jim Fassel is handsome and photogenic.’ I mean, come on. So I gave him a test. I said, ‘What’s Jim Fassel’s social security number?’ And he said he didn’t know, so I figured it couldn’t be Jim Fassel.”
