AUGUSTA, GA-Golf fans attending this week’s Masters championship in Augusta, Georgia, are asking golfer Tiger Woods to stop being so friendly because it’s making them uncomfortable. “It’s kind of weird when he tries to act all friendly,” said Melinda Zeng, 34, who had an encounter with Woods today. “That's just not his natural state. He needs to go back to being cold, distant, and uncaring, because I don't want anyone to go through what I went through this morning while I was getting his autograph. We had this forced, stilted conversation, then he acting like he was going to hug me, then he backed off at the last second. Awkward! I wanted to go hide under a picnic table. I'm honestly still a little traumatized by the whole thing.” In response to the complaints, Woods said he would be “happy” to stop being friendly and thanked the fans for understanding.
