The Who To Dress As Vampires To Appeal To Younger Audience |
January 20, 2010 |
MIAMI--Legendary rock band The Who will perform at the Super Bowl this year and will try to appeal to a younger demographic by donning vampire makeup and fangs, according to a report in Entertainment Weekly. The band will also debut a new song “I Am a Sensitive Vampire.” “The Who really wants to use this appearance to reboot their career,” said gossip reporter Kristy Samson. “They’re not just content to entertain baby-boomers. They want the kids to listen, too. That’s why they’re going to dress as vampires. Roger will wear white makeup and fangs and Pete Townsend is going to wear a cape and slick his hair back. The network is totally in love with the idea. Personally I think they should have just hired the Rolling Stones since Keith Richards is already a vampire and wouldn’t have required any makeup.” |
